Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Regions

​

We ship worldwide to locations where shipping services are available. We offer flat-rate shipping to the following regions:

​

  • United States & Canada – Free Shipping

  • European Union (EU), United Kingdom, and Middle East – Free Shipping

  • All other international destinations – Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on third-party carrier rates

​

If your country is not listed, shipping options may still be available. Please check at checkout or contact us at ivan@bykismet.ca.

Processing & Delivery Times

​

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days.

  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.

  • Estimated delivery times vary based on destination and carrier and will be displayed at checkout.

  • For orders within North America, shipping typically takes 3-5 business days after dispatch.

  • Expedited shipping options are not available at this time.

Shipping Costs & Fees

​

  • Free & Flat-rate shipping applies to select regions (see above).

  • All other regions will have shipping rates calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes imposed by their country.

Carriers & Tracking

​

  • We ship using UPS, Canada Post, DHL, and FedEx.

  • Tracking numbers are provided via email once your order has shipped.

​

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

​

  • We take full-responsibility for all packages sent to our customers.  Should there be a lost or stolen package, we will do our best to retrieve it, and will offer you a replacement as a worst case. 

  • NOTE: Customers may be required: file a claim directly with the shipping carrier for resolution.

  • If your package is marked as “delivered” but you did not receive it, contact the carrier first before reaching out to us at ivan@bykismet.ca.

Returned to Sender Packages

​

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will attempt to contact you for corrections.

  • If reshipping is not possible, a refund will be issued for the item only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

​

Changes & Cancellations

​

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 48 hours of placement.

  • After 48 hours, changes may not be possible if the order is already being processed or shipped.

​

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility for Returns

​

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.​

​

How to Return an Item

​

  1. Email ivan@bykismet.ca with your order number

  2. we will provide return instructions & Shipping Label. Your Return is on us! 

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

​

Return Shipping Costs

​

  • We provide free returns for US & Canada based customers!  You don't pay for shipping labels to return your product, We do!  

​

Refunds

​

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

​

Exchanges

​

  • If you need a different item, follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement.

​

Defective or Damaged Items

​

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at ivan@bykismet.ca.

  • Please provide photos of the damaged item and your order number.

  • We will assess the situation and will offer a replacement or refund.
