Operating Hours: Our store operates from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday. Please note this is our online store operation ours - We do not currently have a physical retail location.

Customers who would like to visit our workshop to pick up packages or see a lamp beforehand should contact us in advance.

Returns and Exchanges:

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. Items must be returned in their original condition within 30 days of receiving the item from shipping carrier.

Warranties and Guarantees:

We provide a 3-month warranty on items with manufacturing errors. Please refer to the warranty card included with your purchase for details.

Refunds:

Refunds for returned items will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items:
